I purchased this fan for the retro look and small size. I turned my condo dining room into my office space. It measures 8x8x8. So I was limited on the size and styles. My first liking to this fan was the retro look, then the size and the excellent reviews. I'm a weekend do-it-yourself handyman and found it very easy to install. The fan circulates air very well on low speed and makes very little noise. The fan is a little pricey, but as the saying goes- You get what you pay for. I'm happy with the quality and warranty on this product.

About a year ago we purchased two Minka Aire fans. This Concept II and the George Kovacs Cirque fan. They were very easy to install and we have had no problems with them at all. They work great, they are quiet, and the designs are fantastic. I would recommend this fan. I am going to be buying 3 more for our bedrooms. The Concept II is great in rooms with lower ceilings.

A superb product with excellent design. Much sturdier, durable and professional-looking than big box fans. Nearly silent at the lowest speed. Excellence in materials, design, durability. The light and remote control with wall mount are added bonuses. For those who don't wish to install the light, a heavy metal cap is included that can replace the glass light cover. 5+ stars.

Most of it is already put together and so installing it was very easy. Without any experience hanging a fan, it took me much less than one hour from start to finish. It has been working very well for our space and makes no noise, even at lower speeds where some cheaper fans can have a pronounced hum.
