Inaugural GOTRVT Alumni Scholarship Winners Announced!

Photo of GOTRVT Scholarship Winners now, and when they were participants

Thank you to all who submitted applications to our inaugural Rick Hashagan Honorary GOTRVT Alumni Scholarship! We are THRILLED to announce our two winners; Maisie and Sloan!

Upon being asked to reflect on the GOTR Core Values and an important lesson learned, Maisie shared, "Uniqueness is crucial to success but how that uniqueness connects and builds off of each other is even more important." Reflecting on how she will carry the GOTR Core Values forward, Sloan stated "I plan to continue my journey using these core values as reminders of who I am how to overcome any challenges in my future."
Be on the look out next spring for application information for the 2024 Rick Hashagan Honorary GOTRVT Alumni Scholarship.

Who is Rick Hashagan? Rick Hashagan is a long-time board member of Girls on the Run Vermont. He has been with the board since Girls on the Run Vermont started in 1999. We are grateful to him for his role in helping us become the organization that we are. Although he will be stepping down from the board, we know he will never be too far from GOTRVT events! Thank you, Rick, for all that you have done for us!
